Terry
Terry is the company’s founding designer, owner and creative director. Terry began designing web pages in 1996, starting with his own personal site but quickly moving into professional site development. Terry brings over 20 years of graphic design and illustration experience to the World Wide Web. Known for his elegant and clean designs, Terry's standard for excellence is high.  His background in administrative work helped him develop the organisational, leadership and communication skills necessary for a pleasant process and successful completion of a Web project.

Derek
Techno-whiz Derek ensures that our server's interactive scripting interacts and also keeps his server humming along. Derek's skills include CGI / Perl, and he is responsible for the functionality of the message forums, order forms, site update newsletters, auto-respond emails, databases, and secure hosting. Derek has a penchant for research that provides us with valuable, current information about what works (and what doesn't) on the Web, and ensuring that our work is compatible across the various platforms people use to interact online.

Ralf
Ralf is our "go to" man for any custom programming we need. In the past, he helped one of our clients by writing a program to extract their product data from one online store and import it into the new one we designed - saving them hours of work or the cost of paying for us to do it manually.

Tony
Our Flash Master extraordinaire, Tony creates astounding interactive Flash animation, effects and movies.

David
David is our "Jack of all trades" who specializes in audio and video online. Image scanning and editing, JavaScript and HTML, and creating videos and stills from videos are all skills that he has mastered. He is very useful when we have a big project and need many hands to carry out tasks and meet deadlines.

Paul
Paul brings business and technical writing, editing, and proof-reading skills to our team. With experience writing online-help documentation, he is particularly tuned in to the needs of people who want to find exactly what they need and nothing else -- precisely the same crowd as Web searchers. He shines in writing and editing the site's text content to optimise ranking and results in the search engines.
